Learn how plans, AI credits, and credit packs work, and how to manage your subscription, payment method, and receipts.

Managing Your Workspace Subscription

Administrators manage the subscription from the Billing & Credits page: choose a plan, buy AI credit packs, update payment details, and view receipts. Payments are processed by Stripe.

1. Plan Options & Tiers

Prices are per month; annual billing lowers the monthly rate. Each tier includes everything in the tier before it:

  • Starter Core ($149/mo, or $119/mo billed annually): Formation Studio, governance voting, Member Ledger, Document Vault, Compliance Calendar, and the AI Advisor. Includes 500 credits per month and 10 member seats ($3/mo per additional member).
  • Growth Core ($499/mo, or $399/mo billed annually): Adds the Patronage Engine, CRM, and Projects. Includes 2,500 credits per month with no member seat cap.
  • Pro Core ($1,250/mo, or $999/mo billed annually): Adds the Capital workspace for offerings, the disclosure room, and the control analyzer. Includes 8,000 credits per month with no member seat cap. Contact sales to subscribe.
  • Operate Core ($1,500/mo, or $1,199/mo billed annually): Adds Work Orders and dispatch, Timesheets and shifts, Inventory and procurement, utility metering, and housing leases. Includes 12,000 credits per month, unlimited members, and 20 field operations seats ($15/mo per additional seat).
  • Enterprise (Custom pricing): Custom terms and onboarding for larger organizations. Includes 50,000 credits per month with no member seat cap. Contact sales to subscribe.

New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial that includes Growth Core features. Starter Core, Growth Core, Operate Core can be purchased directly from the Billing & Credits page.

2. AI Credits & Credit Packs

AI features are metered in platform credits; usage is not unlimited. An AI Advisor question uses 1 credit, generating a formation document set (Articles & Bylaws) uses 50 credits, and a conversion document set uses 50 credits. Your plan's included credits go into the cooperative's credit pool, and administrators delegate credits from the pool to individual members. If the pool runs low, buy a one-time credit pack:

  • Starter Pack: 500 credits for $40.
  • Growth Pack: 1,500 credits for $90.
  • Power Pack: 4,000 credits for $200.

3. Payment Methods & Receipts

Click "Manage billing" to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your payment method, manage your subscription, and see Stripe invoices. The Billing & Credits page also lists your OwnFold receipts, which you can open and print for your records.
