Our mission
Build the operating system for companies owned by the people who create, use, supply, or sustain them.
Private equity has a well-worn operating playbook: acquire valuable businesses, consolidate, cut, extract, and resell. Shared-ownership businesses have never had an equally capable playbook of their own.
OwnFold aims to be that playbook: making shared ownership legally structured, financially trackable, operationally connected, and democratically governable, without handing control to extractive capital.
